Alpha Courses 

The last two sessions of the Alpha course are on Monday 28th January and on Monday 4th February 

Stewards Meeting 

There will be a Stewards meeting at 7.30 pm on 5th February 

Spring Harvest 

Thanks to all who supported the coffee morning to raise funds for the young people who are going to Spring Harvest.  We raised a total of just over £119.  Thanks for your support.

Emmaus Crew 

Steve Wild – Cliff College Visit 

Thank you to everyone who made last weekend so successful.  A special word of thanks to those who prepared food for Friday and Sunday, acted as waiters on Friday evening and supported the events for young people.  Please pray for the Cliff Mission to the whole circuit in June.

Prayer Circle 

We now have a new rota for the prayer circle.  We currently have 21 members and would be very pleased to welcome new members.  For further information please contact Diane Parkin or Mary Lewis 

Ash Wednesday 

There will be a day of prayer on Ash Wednesday 6th February from  8.30 am until 8.30 pm with led devotions on the hour and Communion at 7.30 pm. There will also be prayer stations and activities. 

Management Meeting 

There is a Management Meeting on Thursday 31st January at 7.30 pm

Don’t forget to sign up on the notice board if you are interested in tickets for the Christian Resources Exhibition at Telford International Centre from Thursday 21 to Saturday 23 February.  This is a wonderful opportunity to look at the latest resources for personal use and use in groups.  You can find more information on line at www.creonline.co.uk 

Christian Resources Exhibition 

Volunteers  are  needed  to help  host the  Exhibitions  seminar  programme also for someone on Thursday and Friday evening to check tickets from pre-paid and sell tickets on the door for the play the Saltmine Theatre Company are putting on.  It is not necessary to be the same person for all three days and are seeking a mature person (male or female) rather than a teenager.

There is a good rate of pay plus a lunch allowance plus travel expenses.

Miss Kathleen Robinson 

It is good to know that Miss Robinson’s health is much improved.  She saw a Doctor in Wellington when she came up last week and he was very satisfied.  She has now returned to Devon to plan her future and will be coming up to Wellington shortly.

Banner Making 

A number of people have said they would like to make some new banners for church and a trip to see the many banners at Kinver church has been suggested.  This will be on Tuesday morning 12th February.
