Prayer for today

Be a light, O Lord, to our eyes, and music to our ears.

Be sweetness to our taste and contentment to our hearts.

Be sunshine to our days and food at our table.

Be rest in our night and sufficiency in our hour of need.

Be liberty in our life and everlasting glory at our death; through our Saviour Jesus Christ.  Amen

Is there anyone out there who would…….?

help with cleaning the sanctuary area on Friday or Saturday morning in preparation for Sundays?  This is not a big job but the carpet needs hoovering and there is some dusting as well as cleaning the windows in the doors at the front of the church.  If four people volunteered then you would only have to come once a month.  Or you could do the job with a friend.  Please see me if you can help.

Many thanks.
