Art Classes

Our ten week art courses have now finished and a display of some of the work is on the boards in the hall. We hope that you are  impressed.  Most of the people who took part were beginners and this has given us a taster of what can be done.

Faith Friends

Do you want to do something for God and for someone else? Do you want to give something in your heart to someone else?

The Celtic Christians had a culture of ‘anam cara’ –a soul friend; someone who would be a partner with you for the next part of your journey. This could be prayer for one another, encouragement, sharing, exploring faith together. It could mean strengthening and developing a faith in partnership. If this interests or inspires you please speak to Peter Clarke or Carol Bryan (417069).

A faith friendship can be whatever you want it to be. It could be making phone calls, e mails, visits or letters –but it means creating a relationship together.

Jesus said:

‘This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.’  John 15: 12
