SELF DENIAL APPEAL
Our annual Self-Denial Appeal will be held over the next few weeks. This is usually held each year to coincide with our covenant service. The money raised goes to support the ongoing work of the church throughout the world. Without appeals like this we would be unable to give our regular and much needed support to our partner churches. Please give as generously as you can and place your envelope on the collection plate. If you are a taxpayer and are able to covenant your gift, please fill in the details on the back of the envelope. Thank you for your help and support - Barbara Murray.
The Methodist School Colon Panama
Thank you for the help and tremendous support shown at the coffee morning last Saturday and for other donations that I have received. Our final total was wonderful - £255. This will provide a scholarship for a child at the school. Our money will be sent to Panama through the Fund for Human Need. Barbara Murray
Home Missions
Please would all Home Mission box holders return their boxes to Chris Lewis for the annual opening. The Home Missions annual meeting is on February 22nd 2007 (Thursday) at 7.30 pm.
