Thought For Today
God makes himself known in so many ways,
In the starshine of night
In the sunshine of days
In the voice of a friend when you pick up the phone
In a letter that comes when you’re feeling alone
In the smile of a stranger you happen to meet,
In a cheery “hello” that you hear on the street
In the peace of a church
In the depth of a prayer,
God makes himself known to us,
He's everywhere
