Network 

On Tuesday, the 13th November at 2.30 pm Mr Denis Noble will be the speaker at our monthly Network Meeting - his subject being ‘Gardens’.  There will be the usual B/B stall, Tea and Biscuits

Cake competition for the Christmas Fayre 

Adults and Children 11+ a choice between 

Victoria Sandwich Sponge

Ingredients: The weight of 2 eggs in margarine, flour & castor sugar

Beat fat & sugar together.  Add eggs & then flour.  Divide mixture between two tins & bake.  Sandwich together with jam.  Sprinkle with icing sugar. 

Four Fruit or Plain Scones

To your own recipe 

Apple Pie

To your own recipe 

Children 6 - 11 years

Four rock buns fruit or plain 

Children 5 and under

Decorate a digestive biscuit 

Judging will take place on Friday 23rd November at 7 pm

Building Fund News 

Please remember ‘Chocoholics’ catalogues are now in circulation.  Please take one and have a look.  Popular items do sell out fast.  Please return the catalogues so that others are able to see it. 

Advanced notice of November events.

On Saturday November 24th there will be a concert version of

‘The  Mikado’ This will be by The Shropshire Orpheus Savoyard.

Adults £3.00 Concessions £2.50. Pay on the door. Put the date in your diary now.

Christmas Fayre 2007 

This will be on Saturday November 24th.  There is on the board showing stalls. Please have a look and if you can make a donation to any, please give it to the person   responsible.

I am hoping to raffle a Christmas hamper.  If you can make a contribution of any item, please give it to me.

On Tuesday 11th Dec at 7.30pm at Symphony Hall with the City of Birmingham Choir and CVSO

Tickets £20.80 plus coach fare (if required). A coach has been booked and the fare will be £6.50 return.  Bookings with money to Sue Clarke please 

Christmas Fayre Saturday November 24th 

Would anyone requiring lunch at the Christmas Fayre please put their names on the lunch lists located on the notice boards.  This will help with the catering.
