WEA CRAFT COURSE .. SILK
PAINTING
Starting on Monday 26th April from 2.00-4.00 pm there will be a craft course organised by the
Workers’ Educational Association. The first five weeks will be silk painting
and then there will be opportunity to continue either with silk painting or a
different craft for another five weeks. This course is offered free under their
Active Retirement Programme. There will be a small weekly charge for materials
but this will be kept to a minimum as far as possible. We need a minimum number
of 8 people and the maximum number is 15. I expect the uptake for this to be
high so it will be on a first come first served basis. Please contact me as
