The Revd Bill and Mary DeMoss from West Virginia (Bill preached and Mary sang in our church two years ago) have a daughter Michele who has been diagnosed with leukaemia. Michele and her husband Dave have two young children; please pray for them as Michele commences her intensive treatment.

District project - Komera Rwanda

7th February for the launch of the District World Church project which will focus on medical work at Komera Rwanda. Home Missions
Please would all Home Mission box holders return their boxes to Chris Lewis for the annual opening. The Home Missions annual meeting is on February 22nd 2007 (Thursday) at 7.30 pm. The speaker is Rev. P. Clarke and the annual report will be given .This is an open meeting and all are welcome.
Home Mission Sunday is February 18th and the preacher is Rev. P. Clarke.

Climate Change Conference
17th March at Shrewsbury United Reformed Church, English Bridge, Shrewsbury. From 10.00 am until 3.30 pm the morning session will be devoted to the theme ‘making a difference at home’ and in the afternoon.
People attending the conference will be looking at ways how the church can take action in its own buildings, by the use of renewables or through sustainable energy. There is no cost to attend the conference and a light lunch will be provided but prior booking is required to help with the catering.
