Mission Evening
At Broseley Methodist Church on Thursday 14th June at 7.30 pm with Revd. Andrew Roberts ( District Mission Enabler & National Fresh Expressions Team) .The evening is designed to make us examine how we can get serious about mission in ways that are right for us and will also help us to prepare for next year when Cliffe College teams joins the circuit for ten days in June and a weekend in the Autumn.

Evidence of Grace - by the Grace Singers
The Grace Singers will be performing tour here at Wellington Methodist church as part of their U.K on Sunday 10th June at 6.00 pm. Admission is free but there will be a collection a the end of the performance.

Gideons friends and supporters day at All Saints Parish Church on Saturday 9th June at 3.00pm The speaker will be Alf Stephenson
Pentecost 2007
On the day of Pentecost 2007 about 40 people from churches around Wellington and Hadley celebrated again the coming of the Holy Spirit among us. With party poppers to set the joy of the evening, we joined in songs and prayers and readings.
Banners
Ann & Rose would like to thank every one who has contributed to the banners in any way; they are now finished and ready for hanging. We have raised approximately £240 for the Building Fund once again many thanks to all.
Guild
At the Guild AGM on Thursday, Ben James was elected as secretary and Ann Hallam as treasurer. We would like to pay tribute to Joan Bennett, retiring as secretary after over 50 years. She has rarely missed a meeting and has done a first class job in leading the meetings.

The June meeting will be on Tuesday 12th when the speaker will be Mrs. C. Rayner from Cressage.
Primitive Methodist Celebration
On Thursday 7th June 7.30 pm there will be a Circuit Primitive Methodist Celebration at Edgmond Methodist Church led by Revd. Peter Clarke to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the start of Primitive Methodism.
Lunchtime Organ Concerts
The next one takes place on Friday 8th June and will be the New College Chorale directed by Robert Wysome. The church will be open for light refreshments from 12.30 pm and the concert will begin at 1.00 pm and will last for about half an hour. A retiring collection will be taken in aid of the Building Fund.
