Please remember in your prayers those who are unable to be with us today those who are housebound in their own home, those in hospital and care homes. 

FAIRTRADE  FORTNIGHT    25th February  -  9th March 

Please try to support Fair Trade by purchasing some fairly traded products available in Church during Coffee morning on Thursdays and after worship on Sundays 

Church Flower Fund 

A coffee morning will be held in aid of the Church Flower Fund next Saturday 8th March.  Could anyone offer help of any sort for that morning e.g. Serving Coffee giving out the drinks or helping at the sales table.

We would be most grateful. 

Home Missions 

The Home Mission meeting was held on Thursday 21st February.  The speaker was Mrs B. Murray on ‘Mission in Telford 2008’ .The Annual Report was given.  The total amount sent to Home Mission Funds was £1152.42; Home Mission boxes contributed £610.19 of this total.  New box holders are always welcome - see Chris Lewis.

I would like to say thank you on behalf of Home Missions to all  box  holders, donors, coffee morning helpers, cake makers and anyone who helped last year in any way.

Rainbows 

2nd Wellington Rainbows have just begun meeting in the Community Room during term times.  They meet on Wednesdays 5 - 6 pm and if you know of a girl aged 5 - 7 who might be interested in joining in with the fun and excitement please contact the Rainbow Guider Ree Ann Vaughan on 274718

Portable Electrical Equipment Tests 

Please note that the annual testing is due  shortly and that  for  Insurance  and Safety purposes only Equipment that is tested and on our Register or carries the documentation indicating that it has been tested in the last 12 months is covered for our use in the building. 

Would all organisations using portable electrical equipment please contact Harry McQuigg or Derek Whittingham to ensure that their equipment is tested and on the church Register. 

Building Fund News 

A NEW EVENTS LIST is now out.  Please take one from the pocket on the board.

Remember to look at the notice board for full details and any changes.

On Saturday March 15th we are having a Big Cake Stall as part of our coffee morning.  Could you possibly help by making a large cake or small cakes for sale on the day.  We would very much appreciate it. 

Chocoholics for Easter.

Catalogues are now in circulation.  Please take a look at one and place your orders with Tina.
